Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across its community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will also support renewal efforts and respond to resident inquiries to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction. This role requires a valid driver's license for golf-cart operation, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Incumbents must meet state/local licensing/certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and facilitate move-ins.
• Maintain move-in ready apartments and coordinate with maintenance for outstanding items.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and programs to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Drive traffic via online and local marketing channels and referrals.
• Track leasing activity and demographics using on-site software and follow up with prospects.
