Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tempe to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals while delivering exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include guiding tours, qualifying prospects, handling documentation, and maintaining accurate traffic records to drive occupancy and retention. Prior leasing or sales experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and provide property orientation.
