Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Phoenix to coordinate rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and organizational skills, with experience in leasing or sales and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. A valid driver’s license is required for property visits and showings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork; ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email; convert inquiries to tours.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and generate weekly leasing reports.
