Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in the Phoenix area seeks a Leasing Consultant to manage apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals. You will engage with prospective residents to drive occupancy and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction, including coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and the ability to work weekends. Experience with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is preferred, with a focus on accurate records and timely communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, generate traffic, and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and renewals.
• Assist with clerical tasks and move‑in/out coordination with maintenance.
