Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.

You will handle tours, prepare lease documents, maintain resident files, and support management with clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment that rewards excellent customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate traffic for apartment showings and tours.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with residents to ensure occupancy and satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain confidential resident files and accurate records.
