Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tempe to manage apartment rentals, move-ins and renewals, while delivering exceptional resident service. You will work directly with prospective and current residents to optimize occupancy and retention.

You will coordinate tours, process leases, and maintain accurate records, using Yardi Voyager and MS Office. A high school diploma and driving license are required, with sales leasing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• One year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Process renewal paperwork monthly.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and follow up with prospects.
• Provide tours and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
