Greystar is seeking a part-time leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities at a community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role requires managing market conditions, executing short- and long-term marketing plans, and using on-site software to track availability and leasing activities. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software such as OneSite/Yardi.
• Ability to greet, tour prospects, process applications and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Perform credit and background checks.
• Implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Coordinate lease renewals and move-in packages.
• Maintain show units and ensure on-site office readiness.
