Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Associate to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and lease signings.

You will stay informed about market conditions, design short- and long-term marketing plans, and drive traffic through various channels while using property management software to track activity and data.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, and resident relations.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and conduct tours.
• Familiarity with on-site marketing and renewal programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect units and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Execute lease renewals and prepare renewal documents on time.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns.
