Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare move-in packages to ensure a smooth leasing process.

Daily duties include marketing activities to drive traffic, coordinating with maintenance for move-in readiness, and following up with residents to secure renewals, all while

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, and customer service.
• Ability to conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Experience processing applications, credit screening, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Performs all leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments and ensures move-in readiness.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability and data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing office daily.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Supports lease renewal letters and packages with renewals.
