Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process while driving occupancy and revenue.

The role requires using property management software to track activity, inspecting units for readiness, and implementing marketing plans to stay competitive in the market. A strong focus on resident satisfaction and timely renewals is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales processes at residential communities.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Strong customer service mindset to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Tour and show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for unit readiness.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with timely communications and documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner questions and concerns.
