Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will handle leasing to new residents, ensure resident satisfaction, and secure lease renewals.

This role requires greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, coordinating with maintenance, and executing marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy while upholding property standards and company

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and monitor market conditions.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online and offline tools.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
