Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, lead tours, process applications, screen credits, and prepare move-in packages.

The role emphasizes resident satisfaction and timely lease renewals. The position requires knowledge of on-site property management software, ability to inspect show units, and coordination with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure lease signings and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages; meet with renewing residents prior to move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
