Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in San Diego to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Requirements include 3–5 years of leasing experience and proficiency with Yardi and RentCafe CRM. On-site 9am–6pm, Thursday–Monday, with a 20% housing discount and strong team collaboration.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of leasing experience required.
• Lease up and Yardi/Rent Cafe CRM experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages.
