Greystar is hiring a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. The role involves greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, screening credit and background checks, preparing leases, and supporting move-ins.

You will also help renewals and maintain show units to company standards. The position is on-site with a rotating on-call schedule, requiring flexibility to work

• Support renewal processes and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease and move-in paperwork.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any needed work.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and implement company programs to boost occupancy.
