Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in San Diego to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies aimed at achieving occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process across a 531-unit community.

The role requires 3–5 years of leasing experience with proficiency in Yardi and RentCafe CRM, plus a housing discount for residents.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leasing experience required.
• Lease up, Yardi, and Rent Cafe CRM experience preferred.
• Housing discount: eligible for 20% housing discount.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
