Requirements include 1–2 years of leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi or similar systems, and eligibility for a 20% housing discount. On‑site schedule is Thursday–Monday, 9am–6pm, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous systems/software or Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare move‑in packets.
• Ensure move‑in readiness of apartments and coordinate with maintenance on any open items.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track apartment availability and leasing activities using on‑site software.
• Maintain show units to meet company standards for show quality.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure lease or renewal decisions.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and reach out to renewing residents in advance of move‑out dates.
