Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue targets at a high-end community in Encinitas, CA. You will conduct tours, process applications, and manage leases while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience, familiarity with marketing outreach, and proficiency with Yardi or similar CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience required.
• Ability to lease in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in marketing outreach for leasing campaigns.
• Yardi or CRM experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in documents and ensure smooth move-in.
• Inspect units pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Develop short/long-term marketing plans to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability and leasing activity.
