Greystar in San Diego seeks a Leasing Coordinator to manage leasing, tours, applications, and renewals, aligning marketing efforts with occupancy targets. You will support resident satisfaction and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience; on-site software like OneSite and Yardi are used to track activity. A flexible schedule and strong customer service are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening and background checks, preparing lease and move-in package, and ensuring smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready, coordinating maintenance as needed.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and follows community marketing plans and programs.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, and leasing activities and maintain resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards through daily inspections and coordinating maintenance and upkeep.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewals.
