Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, retention, and occupancy with a strong focus on resident satisfaction. You will greet visitors, prepare move-in packages, and process applications while maintaining accurate records and representing the company professionally.

The role requires effective communication in English (Spanish bilingual a plus), Fair Housing knowledge, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with residents.
• Two years of prior customer service experience.
• Proficient with a PC and MS Office (Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify leads.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards per procedures.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to the Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per policy (credit check, rental history).
• Update availability reports and process renewals.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Input lease data into the Yardi system and obtain signatures.
• Assist the management team with additional tasks as needed.
