• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and lease signings.
• Use on-site software to track availability, lease activity, and resident data.
• Maintain show units to meet company standards and prep the leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters, packages, and renewal meeting scheduling.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
