Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related sales or customer-facing experience.
• Valid State Real Estate License is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Outstanding communication abilities and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect rapport with prospective residents, present housing solutions, and close leases.
• Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospective residents to drive leasing performance.
• Engage with potential tenants and explain housing options to encourage applications.
• Negotiate lease terms and explain leases and documents to new tenants.
• Perform leasing activities in accordance with applicable laws to maximize occupancy.
• Collaborate with underwriting and leasing teams to move applicants through the leasing journey.
• Stay informed about AMH policies to ensure compliance.
