Job summary

AMH in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Leasing Agent to drive occupancy through consultative selling and lease conversions. You will respond to inquiries, engage with prospects, present housing options, and close leases.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and drive leasing activity.
• Engage with potential tenants and present housing options to drive applications.
• Negotiate lease terms and explain leases and documents clearly to new tenants.
• Ensure compliance with applicable leasing laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with underwriting and leasing teams to guide applicants through the leasing journey.
• Stay informed about company policies and procedures.
