The role emphasizes marketing plan execution, show unit standards, and renewals. Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi is preferred, and flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Leads leasing and marketing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and screen credit/criminal checks.
• Maintain relationships to ensure renewals and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue/occupancy goals.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and convert leads.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic and data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases/renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes and timely execution of documents.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner inquiries and resolve issues.
