Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional for a busy on-site role at a Texan community. Responsibilities include welcoming prospects, giving tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-in packages to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will use OneSite and Yardi for data and lead management, while maintaining show units to Greystar standards and supporting renewal activities with timely lease documentation.

Qualifications

• Greeting and qualifying prospects to drive occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conducting community tours and showing apartments to prospective residents.
• Processing applications, credit screening, and background checks for lease approval.
• Preparing leases and move-in packages to ensure smooth occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greets and qualifies prospects, conducts tours and shows apartments.
• Processes applications, credit checks, and background checks; prepares lease and move‑in package.
• Inspects apartments pre-move-in and ensures move-in ready condition.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Uses OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards for quality and appearance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure renewals.
• Supports lease renewal actions with letters and packages.
