Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts at a bustling Texas community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins.

You’ll also design marketing plans, manage online campaigns, and use OneSite or Yardi to track data and occupancy. Strong guest relations, detailed follow-through, and the ability to respond quickly to resident or owner questions are

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and lease signings.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate maintenance if needed.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Maintain data in on-site PM software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages; contact renewing residents in advance of move-out.
