Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will manage tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signings, while ensuring move-in readiness with maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, driving traffic to the community, and using OneSite/Yardi to track data and occupancy. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and executing leases.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are ready for occupancy with coordination from maintenance.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies for concessions and promotions.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including online listings, referrals, and employer outreach.
• Uses on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, activity, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards, and prepares the leasing office for daily leasing activities.
• Follows up with prospects and renewals to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and contacting renewing residents.
