Job summary

Greystar in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

You will help design marketing plans, use on-site software to track availability and data, and support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience preferred.
• Ability to greet prospects and conduct tours.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Screen credit and background checks and ensure smooth move-in.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Maintain show units and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with renewal letters and packages.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and document requests.
