Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to manage leasing, renewals, and related resident relations at a Greystar community in Houston. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure seamless move-ins.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance to address issues.
• Monitor market conditions and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Support lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
