• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
• Ability to tour communities and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Process applications, credits and background checks, prepare move-in packages
• Coordinate renewals and lease expirations
• Maintain show units and ensure on-site marketing standards
