Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare move-in packages to ensure resident satisfaction and high occupancy.

You will use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and data, inspect show units, and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to drive traffic and leases.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, show apartments, process applications and screenings.
• Coordinate lease signing and move-in packages; ensure move-in-ready units.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track leasing activities and demographics using property software.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance needs for show-ready condition.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Prepare renewal letters/packages and contact renewing residents before move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and document requests.
