Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Dallas to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by guiding prospects through tours, processing applications, and securing lease renewals.

You’ll stay informed about market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi to track activity, ensuring show units meet company standards and leasing goals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Adept at greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signings.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to resolve resident concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for ready units.
• Design and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure lease decisions.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages and coordinate renewals.
