Job summary

Greystar in West Miami is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, use on-site software like OneSite and Yardi, and follow the company's show standards.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other websites.
• Use OneSite and Yardi to track availability and manage resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewals with renewal letters and timely documents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
