• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness and scheduling of maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Use on-site management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal program with timely letters and packages.
