Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Associate to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will manage tours, applications, and move-ins, while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction through proactive outreach and show-unit quality. Knowledge of OneSite/Yardi is a plus.

Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills are essential to meet occupancy targets and lease renewals in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and prospect outreach.
• Ability to follow property management policies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic through online and on-site marketing activities and referrals.
