• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Strong knowledge of local market conditions and occupancy strategies.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins and renewals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance as needed.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to create traffic and drive occupancy, including referrals and online tools.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
