Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals. You will lead tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages.

You’ll work with the maintenance team to ensure move-in readiness and drive occupancy through strategic marketing and referrals. You'll use OneSite or Yardi and other tools to track activity, respond to resident needs, and support lease renewals, while

• Proven ability to greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and perform background checks.
• Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and drive lease renewals.
• Coordinate marketing activities to sustain occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease documents and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and specials.
• Create and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using internet tools and referrals.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing offices for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease signings and renewals.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and contacting renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests.
