Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC in Greer, SC is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and facilitate move-ins.

Daily tasks include inspecting show units, coordinating with maintenance, implementing local marketing plans, and following up with residents to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to operate on-site golf carts.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screenings, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing activities.
• Prepare leasing office for daily operations and show units.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions.
• Support lease renewals with letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner inquiries and concerns.
