You will stay informed about market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use on-site software to track traffic, availability, and resident data, while coordinating with maintenance and staff to maintain show units and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Greet prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in documents; ensure smooth resident move-ins.
