Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, resident screening, and processing applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to greet prospects and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate marketing and leasing plans to meet occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate move-in activities and ensure units are move-in ready.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Use property management software to track leads, occupancy, and resident data.
