Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Villages at Shelby Station in Collierville, TN. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and secure renewals throughout the lease term.

You will collaborate with maintenance, ensure show units meet quality standards, and use OneSite/Yardi to track activities and data, while supporting resident satisfaction from move-in through

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance on any outstanding items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, and manage resident data.
• Perform lease renewal duties: send renewal letters, contact renewing residents, and ensure signed renewal documents.
