Responsibilities

• Manage leasing from tour to move-in, close the sale and prepare lease documents.
• Highlight property features to match prospective residents' needs.
• Market the property via online channels, social media, and outreach.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with prospects and current residents.
• Handle unpredictable situations with strong problem-solving and judgment.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors to inform potential residents.
• Assist with resident events and timely responses to resident needs.
• Support delinquent rent collection and assist the Assistant Manager as needed.
• Ensure model, office, and property areas are clean and presentable daily.
