Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Houston to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents, renewing leases, and delivering top-notch resident satisfaction. You will conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and coordinate move-ins with maintenance to ensure quality units.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing strategies, and use OneSite or Yardi to manage data, show units, and track performance.

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance on issues.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Execute marketing activities including online ads, referrals, and employer outreach.
• Use on-site software to track availability, data, and traffic.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters, packages, and renewals.
