Greystar seeks a Leasing Professional at Parkside Apartments in Eugene, OR. You will conduct virtual and in-person tours, ensure a stellar move-in experience, and deliver high-quality customer service to residents.

Responsibilities include market research for marketing, responding to prospects, and supporting lease renewals, with housing discounts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain apartment features

Responsibilities

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Community event planning and execution
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
• Assisting in lease renewals
• Respond to resident concerns
