Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Coordinate move-in experiences and ensure stellar onboarding for new residents
• Market available units using online platforms and social media
• Assist with lease renewals and applications
• Utilize on-site property management software to track availability and leasing activities
• Inspect show units and maintain marketing corridors for a strong show
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and questions
