Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Byron at Crescent Village in Eugene, OR. The role emphasizes customer service, touring prospects, and delivering a stellar move-in experience in a vibrant, walkable community.

The position offers housing discounts up to 40% at Greystar communities, cell phone allowance, monthly bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Yardi/One Site are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.

Responsibilities

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours.
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Community event planning and execution
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
• Assisting in lease renewals
• Respond to resident concerns
