Greystar is hiring a Leasing Professional at its Centerline-managed community to drive leasing activity, coordinate marketing and renewal strategies, and ensure exceptional resident experiences. The role emphasizes prospect tours, application processing, credit screening, and accurate move-in documentation.

The position requires strong sales and customer-service skills, proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi/OneSite desired), and a polished, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain apartment features clearly.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required for front-line leasing roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community tours (virtual and in-person) and qualify prospects for leasing.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare move-in packages.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals.
• Maintain show-unit quality and manage leasing office readiness daily.
