Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional in Portland, OR to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies. You’ll conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi/OneSite), and a professional demeanor. Join a team focused on people, relationships, and growth at Greystar.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain apartment features.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals.
• Conduct community tours and show apartments, including virtual and in-person tours.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages, and assist in renewals.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and timely lease renewals.
