Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Conduct prospecting, tours (virtual and in-person), and close leases.
• Ensure a stellar move‑in experience for customers.
• Research market comps for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Plan and execute community events and promotions.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email to convert leads into leases.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Support lease renewals and respond to resident questions.
