Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional for Parkside Apartments in Eugene, OR. You will conduct tours (virtual and in-person), close leases, and ensure an excellent move-in experience for residents.

Responsibilities include market research, event planning, follow-up with prospects, and leveraging online platforms to market available units. Previous sales and customer service experience is valued; professionalism is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively and handle documents.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual and in-person tours.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in lease renewals.
• Ensure a stellar move-in experience for customers and residents.
• Perform market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Plan and execute community events and activities.
• Follow up with prospective residents by phone and email.
• Use social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team to achieve leasing goals.
