Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities across a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

The role involves staying informed about market conditions, implementing short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy, and driving traffic through traditional and online channels while using property

Qualificações

• Experience in leasing and resident screening.
• Ability to market and fill units.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local rental market helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, tour properties, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans and drive traffic through internet and local channels.
• Track leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
